Reflections:
Teachers need to move away from traditional setting as student profile has changed tremendously. Design of LE is very important for effective teaching & learning. This would in turn produce all rounded students. Understanding LE is crucial as it is the foundation of teaching & learning. LE should be constantly reviewed to meet current trends. Teachers need to adopt appropriate teaching strategies to cater to the needs of their students. The IT savvy generation has to be challenged with interactive & interesting lessons. Teachers have to consciously & continuously upgrade themselves for the betterment of our future generation.

The only way to become more ICT savvy is to become more of a persevering risk-taker. There are some teachers out there who try out new things, fail and give up. They don't understand that just like their students, they have to keep at it in order to be proficient at it. So first, a change in mindset is needed. Accept and PRACTISE that failure leads to success only with perserverance.
totally agree with this..educators need to keep up with the ever changing demands in teaching esp those in relation to students learning.In PE, we no longer stopped and focusses only on skills but also give opportunities to evoke their analytical and thinking skills during PE through games.
